Where does NELY work?

We're starting in Brickell, Edgewater and South Beach in Miami-Dade, then opening more neighborhoods.

When is my card charged?

Your card is held when you book and charged only when the job is done. If you cancel before your helper is on the way and more than 2 hours before the job, it's free.

How are helpers checked?

Every helper is 18 or older and verifies a US government ID and a live selfie through Stripe Identity. Clients rate every job.

Can I book the same helper again?

Yes. Save a helper after a job and use "Book again". Your request goes to them first.

What if something goes wrong?

Use the Report button in the app or write to support@nelyapp.com within 48 hours. Before and after photos help us sort it out quickly.

How much does it cost to be a helper?

Nothing for your first 10 paid jobs. After that, NELY Pro is $99.99 a month with zero commission, so you keep everything you earn.
